What is your return policy?
Note: If you are looking to try a new wig for the first time, please contact us to learn how we may be able to help you try a wig with less risk and cost. If you are new to wigs, it is usually best to work with a wig stylist / professional in person to get your first wig or obtain a New Customer kit from us. Please call us to discuss your needs.
All items except Motown Tress products that are in new condition with the original packaging may be returned within seven days of delivery. There are certain limitations however. The limitations are as follows:
Restocking fee: 20%
- We cannot accept items that are not in the original condition.
- The returned items must be unaltered, undamaged, and in factory condition.
- All tags and packaging must be included.
- Items marked as "Closeout" or "discontinued" are not returnable.
- Motown Tress items are not returnable. However we may provide a partial credit if you have a problem with your order
- We do not offer refunds unless we have approved it as an option before you place your order! Credit issued is good towards exchanges or store credit only which have no termination date.
- *Please note*: The above limitations do not apply if the shipment is not what you ordered.
- Only one exchange is allowed per item. In other words, we won't exchange an item that is already an exchange.
- DO NOT send items back in a simple USPS mailer. The boxes are many times smashed or crunched in them and we have to charge an additional fee to replace the wig box. Use good quality boxes supplied by your post office or shipper and cushioned with packing material.
- Restocking Fee: We only sell 1st quality new factory direct
merchandise to our customers. For that reason all returns/exchanges are sent back to the manufacturer or to another business that deals in hair goods that may have been tried on by others. We must charge a restocking fee depending upon what the manufacturer or distributor charges us to take the item back.
Note: Minimum restock fee is $5.00
How do I return items I am not satisfied with?
If at any time within 7 days of receiving your order you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us by email or phone.
Can I just send it back without contacting you?
Yes, however please contact us first if you can (within 7 days). We prefer that you contact us as soon as possible via email or phone so that we may start working on helping you get the wig you need and decide if you need to return the item.
Where do I send the item I wish to return?
You can mail it to the following address along with a paper stating your order number, name, address and phone# along with the reason for the return:
